## How does AnyCreek partner with guides?

AnyCreek's platform was built with the top outdoor guides in mind. We understand that guides and outfitters need flexibility to run their business the way they want to. Our system specifically helps them save time, improve their marketing, and make more money — while maintaining the human element and flexibility they need. Guiding is a relationship-first business, and are committed to helping guides and outfitters enhance the great business relationships they already have.

You create your profile and trip listings based on how you want to run your business. Every booking comes to you in the form of a request, in order to give you total control over your calendar. Once you're set up, we can support you with anything you need to take your business to the next level.

## How can I get more trips through AnyCreek?

When you join AnyCreek as a guide or outfitter, we immediately start working to help boost your own website and profile's SEO. This will ultimately help improve your exposure on Google and result in more traffic, which leads to more trips. Additionally, our top tier guide partners gain access to more trips via traffic to AnyCreek Search. As well as through our Marketing efforts on the AnyCreek Academy, Instagram, and YouTube \- where we feature select guide and outfitter partners.

## How does AnyCreek make money?

AnyCreek has the most guide friendly pricing structure in the business. For all trips that come through the guide's owned channels — such as their website, text, phone calls, emails, DMs etc. — we pass a 5% service fee to the customer and a 3% credit card fee to the guide.

For any new lead that is sent originating from AnyCreek's marketing efforts, we charge a one-time 15% commission. Should the new client book with you again, they will only be subject to the above fee structure.

## What are you doing to market my trips?

First and foremost, when you join AnyCreek as a guide or outfitter, we immediately start working to help boost SEO value on your own profile and website.

Additionally, qualifying guides receive additional exposure for their trips and business through AnyCreek's searchable marketplace.

Lastly, through AnyCreek Studios, we work with qualified guides to collaboratively showcase them through storied, elevated content on Instagram, YouTube, and the AnyCreek Academy.

## How can I get signed up?

Getting started is simple and free. Begin your guide application and profile to kick off the process. We'll review it within 24 hours or less.

## Can I talk to my clients before they book?

Absolutely! AnyCreek is built knowing that guides love to talk to their customers and their customers love to talk to them.

## Do I need a website?

Nope. Your AnyCreek profile can serve as your primary website, or we can integrate into your existing website — giving clients a way to book online and helping you better convert web traffic into bookings.

## How do I get paid?

You receive your trip deposit/balance in your Stripe account immediately after a transaction is processed. The money is then paid out to your bank account within 2-business days.

## Can I accept cash for my bookings?

Yes. We provide guides and outfitters with unmatched flexibility to run your business the way you want to.

## How much flexibility do I have with my bookings?

We provide guides more flexibility with their bookings than any other system in the industry. We understand that transitioning away from pen and paper or a system that you have been comfortable with for years is tough, and requires the same flexibility that you had with your previous process.

With AnyCreek, you can easily adjust to your bookings in case of bad weather, price adjustments, trip length changes, group size alterations, date swaps, or other unforseen circumstances. If you need to wrap up a trip early, or the customer wants to convert a half day into a full day, we make those changes easy on you and the client!

Need to cancel and quickly refund a client's deposit? AnyCreek makes this process seamless and trackable for all parties. If a customer needs to reschedule, we can get them squared away with one click.
