##### The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants licenses and regulates the practice of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) in the public interest.

#### Verify your Immigration Consultant
Verify that your immigration consultant is authorized—they are licensed and “active”—by using our public search register. Check for RCICs or RISIAs.



#### Make a Complaint
If you are concerned about an RCIC’s or RISIA’s professional conduct or competence, you can make a complaint against them.
