# FAQs

##### Who pays for shipping?

Our suppliers are free to decide whether they want to charge merchants for shipping (flat-rate depending on the region), or absorb that expense in the sales price. However, our data shows that suppliers who absorb the cost of shipping into their sales price sell significantly more than those who don’t.

##### How often can I get paid out?

Your payout frequency will depend on which payment processor you are using on your Shopify/BigCommerce store, and what country you are located in. The current payout periods for Shopify Payments can be viewed here.

##### How do I send the supplier my order?

Sending orders for fulfillment is a quick and easy process! If you are on our Pro plan you can turn on automated fulfillment. Or, you can fulfill the order through the Orders tab of the dashboard by clicking two buttons. Select “Pending”, then click on “Pay Supplier & Fulfill Order. ##### What happens if there are order issues?

If you’re experiencing issues with your supplier, the product, or the fulfillment process then DropCommerce’s support team will be happy to help! We are currently available 7 days a week by email or by chat. Please see our Contact Us page for more details.

##### Can I talk to the supplier before I sell their products?

Absolutely! DropCommerce has an in-app messaging system that allows you to message the suppliers directly, or we can provide you with their contact details on request. Just make sure that you’re respectful of their time. Small business owners are some of the busiest people around!

##### Do these products ship to countries outside North America?

The majority of our products do, but some do not. We allow our suppliers to decide what countries they want to ship to, so it varies. You can see what countries a supplier is shipping to on the product’s page.
