## Frequently Asked Questions

What are credits?

To extract tables from images (JPG, JPEG, PNG) or PDFs, you need an API key with credits associated with it. For each successfully processed image or a PDF page, one credit is consumed. Bad extractions are eligible for credit refunds. There will be no charge on a failed transaction.



Credits consumption **Calculation**

\- 1 credit will be consumed to process 1 image

\- A 7-page PDF will consume 7 credits

So, if you need to convert 100 images, you should purchase 100 credits

How to purchase more credits?

Use the slider(above the price display) in the Pricing section to change the number of Credits or Plan Type.

What are all the filetypes supported?

Demo supports only Images(JPEG, JPG, PNG).

Purchased plans can process PDF too along with Images(JPEG, JPG, PNG).

What are the supported languages?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, French

*We can support other languages for companies (through B2B deal) if your monthly volume is at least 100,000 pages.*

Is there a desktop license?

No. We are a cloud-only service, can be accessed from the website, API, Google Sheets Plugin

Do you offer discounts?

Of course, discounts are offered on credits of more than 100,000 - contact saradhi@extracttable.com. The pricing goes down on purchasing more credits.

Will I get the purchase receipt for reimbursement purposes?

Yes, you will receive the receipt immediately after successful payment. The receipt contains only purchase details but not your details.

To have your details on the receipt, you should make the payment through an Invoice. Please email payments@extracttable.com with your (or company) name, address, tax IDs, and purchase details. We will generate the invoice accordingly from which you should make the payment.

Data from the demo and promotional API Keys (FREE TRIALS) are stored only to warn abused registrations.

Data from purchased plans is **NOT** saved

What do you have for hackers?

We are a secured cloud service provider with the Least Privilege access to the functional services.

- Payment Gateway: We use Stripe/Paypal, so no payment info is saved with us.
- Input Files: Deleted right after a successful conversion.

Do you offer consulting services?

Yes. With the experience gained through building rules to deal with bad quality images, correcting OCR recognitions, and the fixes to keep the architecture stable and traceable, we are now offering consulting services to provide solutions to your business requirement.
