## **Individuals**

GSG provides specialist tech training for ​individuals to earn income online or work ​for local Palestinian tech-companies.

GSG’s suite of training includes: high-​value digital skills (eg. coding, cloud ​computing, graphic design, data ​analytics, AI, bookkeeping services); ​technical English language and ​employability skills; as well as ​entrepreneurship and freelancing.

## **Companies**

GSG assists Palestinian tech-companies ​in training their employees within niche ​technologies, providing capacity-building ​support for executives as well as strategy ​development, sales and business ​support, company registration and other ​activities which create and facilitate ​overseas business opportunities.

## **Market Access**

GSG actively aims to connect its ​community and the wider Palestinian ​ecosystem with overseas ​opportunities.

This includes assisting individuals ​and companies to secure mentors, ​internships, employment, and ​revenue-generating contracts.

GSG also supports general market ​awareness and advocacy activities.

Our incubation and acceleration programs **help build successful startups and entrepreneurs that create sustainable value** for customers and the community.

The flagship GeeXelerator program is for budding entrepreneurs who are passionate about a viable concept and ready to quickly get their prototypes off the ground, gain traction and begin pitching for seed investment.

The Skylancer Academy upskills talented individuals across a variety of fields to succeed in entering the digital workforce.

The program will help build a **solid foundation to start working as a freelancer immediately**, teaching digital marketing fundamentals, how to navigate online market places as well as the professional skills that complement technical knowledge.

## **OUR** ***IMPACT***

#### **2011 – 2023**

- Over 60,000 participants trained, empowering individuals with the skills to succeed in the digital economy.
- On average, 4,500 participants per year completed a GSG training program, setting them on a path to financial independence.
- Graduates of our programs saw an average income increase of 100%, with $700 per month being the average salary within 12 months of completing training.
- Specialized roles such as Coders and Data Specialists earned an impressive $1,500 per month, significantly surpassing regional income averages and transforming local economies.
- Success Stories: 85% of graduates are employed full-time or have started their own businesses, created jobs and contributed to community growth.

#### **2024 Vision**

- GSG has expanded its operations across the entire West Bank, bringing crucial skills training to underserved communities and fostering sustainable economic development.
- While we have temporarily paused training activities in Gaza due to the ongoing security concerns, our commitment remains steadfast. We will
- resume training as soon as it is safe to do so, empowering individuals and revitalizing the local economy.
- Our goal for 2024 is to double the number of graduates, reaching 10,000 participants annually, and extending our impact to new regions and sectors.
- By 2025, GSG aims to create over 50,000 new jobs, empowering individuals with digital skills that are vital for a thriving future economy.
