The Senate continued to work after Friday’s weekly recap was posted. There were two notable confirmations among many others. How things ended is also worth noting.

- Jeanine Pirro, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, confirmed 50-45. Pirro is a former Fox News host known for supporting the President’s lies about the 2020 election so strongly that she is a defendant in two separate defamation lawsuits.
