## Federal Government Shutdown: What it Means for our HABC and Our Community.

As many of you are aware, a Federal Government Shutdown has been declared. The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) will continue to operate and provide full services to residents in the public housing program and participants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. HABC residents, HCVP participants, and landlords will continue to receive payments for now.

## HABC, Michaels & AHC Break Ground on 2nd Phase of Keys Pointe

Today, Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott joined the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) alongside its development partners, The Michaels Organization and Affordable Homes & Communities of Greater Baltimore (AHC), to break ground on the second phase of Keys Pointe, a $36 million affordable housing development in southeast Baltimore.
