Our websites are built on a low-maintenance platform, meaning ongoing support retainers are typically unnecessary, but sometimes we'll allow a small monthly amount together with hosting fees for the website.

That said, occasional software updates are inevitable, so we recommend budgeting a few hours for periodic maintenance. Larger or more complex sites may require additional updates and thorough testing to ensure continued performance and security.

What website platforms do you work with?

We work primarily with Concrete CMS and WordPress.  Both are Open-Source, extensible and lend themselves to most applications.

Do you offer marketing to promote my site?

Yes, we offer Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) if suitable.  SEO is not suitable for every business, so we also offer marketing strategy and find you the most cost effective way of promoting your business.

Do I need to buy my own domain and hosting?

You don't need to, we are happy to supply both to make life easier for you and to ensure your website has maximum up-time, using our quality hosting provider.

What areas do you cover?
