After you have interviewed the candidates and selected the best developer for your team, we will take care of the HR and compliance paperwork, logistics, health insurance, and a WFH setup What types of engagements do you offer (full-time, contractor, etc.)? You can hire a developer for any duration and development role, including permanent full-time or contract roles. Pesto will take care of payroll and other logistics. Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs? We do not charge any upfront fees. We only charge once the hire is made, on a month-to-month recurring basis. What happens if I’m not satisfied with my hired dev? If you are not satisfied with your Pesto Developer, please let our hiring consultant know immediately. We will try our best to resolve the issue.
