## Preliminary Interview

The official announcement of  the **10  startup** participants.

## Founder’s Camp

Opening ceremony and **group coaching sessions** with industry experts, to discuss practical issues and skills to scale up the company.

## Milestone Day

Startup Studio Indonesia’s main program series ends here. Here, there will be presentation from each startup as well as a Q&A session between the startups and the public attending Milestone Day.

## Seleksi Dewan Kurator

The **20 chosen startups** will perform an elevator pitch to 5 curators which is followed by the selection of the **10 startups** set to join SSI X IBM.

3 - 7 June 2024

## Diagnosis Session

1-on-1 Meeting with  Startup Studio Indonesia X IBM Team to **explore** each startups’ **pain points, needs,** and **product development**  for **curriculum mapping** purposes.

27 - 29 June 2024

## Co-Creation & Coaching

**Product co-creation** session with IBM and **1-on-1 brainstorming session** with SSI Advisory Team and Expert Coaches that covers the aspects of product, finance, sales and marketing development.

25 October 2024

## Alumni Program

We  keep facilitating our startup participants, even after the main program ends. After the 4-month main program ends, we will continue to monitor and facilitate each alumni for 1 year through bi-monthly sessions.

#### CRITERIA

The startup has had traction for at least 6 months, **has gone through the ideation stage and has carried out user validation.**

The startup is currently in the **Bootstrap, Angel, Pre-seed, Seed, Pre-Series A and Series A funding stage****.**

Startup shows
potential towards product market fit, seen from
**graph of traction active users and retention rate.**

Startups demonstrate the ability to **scale up and have a path to scalability and profitability.**

The startup has become a **legal entity.**

Startup founders are **full time.**

# Founder's Camp

Rangkaian mentoring atau *brainstorming* dengan para *founder startup* berpengalaman serta pelaku industri lainnya, untuk mendiskusikan ilmu praktis yang harus dikuasai para founder untuk mencapai *product-market fit* sehingga berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan skala usahanya.

# 1-on-1 Coaching

Sesi privat per-startup untuk mendapatkan sesi konsultasi dan supervisi eksekusi bersama founder startup berpengalaman dan juga para ahli dibidang spesifik dengan fokus utama strategi pengembangan produk yakni: *product-market fit*, *business model*, dan *market implementation*, juga strategi *branding/marketing* dan *user journey*, serta pengembangan teknologi.
