## toXcel Awarded Contract to Support FHWA’s Office of Safety, Research and Development Human Factors Team

toXcel recently secured a significant contract with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to provide on-site support services at the FHWA Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, VA. The single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has the potential to issue nearly $17M of work over the five-year period of performance. Under this contract, toXcel, along with team members VHB, Battelle, Westat, Automated Roads, and the University of Michigan, will provide support to the FHWA with the administration and execution of its behavioral research programs requiring human factors, experimental design and data analysis, and traffic engineering expertise.
