##### What is our approach to collaborating on projects within Webflow?

Here are four methods for wCopilot to collaborate on your projects, ensuring that you retain ownership throughout:

- Invite wCopilot to Your Workspace: Simply send an email invitation to our team, granting access to your projects within the Team/Workspace. Your project manager will provide you with the necessary email address for the invitation.
- Duplicate and Transfer: Create a duplicate (to preserve the original) of your project and transfer ownership to wCopilot. We'll make the necessary edits and transfer the project back to you. Your project manager will guide you on initiating this process. Please note that this method may alter the site ID and all CMS unique IDs, potentially impacting dependencies.
- On wCopilot's Account: If you're starting a new site, you can initiate a project on our account and proceed with any of the aforementioned options. Alternatively, we can start the project on our account and transfer ownership to you once you're ready. If you maintain an active subscription with us, we can manage the Webflow project on our account until you're prepared for the transfer. Upon transfer, you can reconnect with WCopilot through options 1 or 2.
- Share Login Credentials: Provide us with your Webflow account login details. However, please be aware that this method may result in longer turnaround times if multiple users are logged into the account simultaneously, as Webflow restricts access to one user at a time.

##### **How is the turnaround time managed?

No lead time! If you have your designs and requirements ready, you can start website building on the same day you sign up and are verified. If you are an active customer, we process new website building tasks and projects the same day.

##### What is the timeframe for initiating the project?

There's no waiting period! Once you sign up and get verified, you can begin building immediately if you have your designs and requirements prepared. For existing customers, we handle new tasks and projects on the same day they're submitted.

##### Is it possible to receive an estimated turnaround time for my project before I proceed with signing up?

After analyzing over 1000 projects completed on wCopilot, we have compiled average turnaround times for different types of tasks. You can view our average delivery times here.

Upon signing up and verification, your first month's subscription begins immediately, without requiring a credit card or payment. You can proceed with your work and review it upon delivery.
You have a 15-day period from verification to conduct your audit of the platform and assess product quality.Your billing date aligns with the day you signed up and were verified, and our system automatically adjusts accordingly. If you choose to upgrade after the trial period expires, our system will adjust by 15 days.

If you have an existing Webflow site and wish for wCopilot to build upon it, here's how it works:If you're satisfied with your current codebase, we'll ensure our work aligns with it. Initially, there might be a slower turnaround time as we adjust to your existing setup.If you're not satisfied with your codebase, you have the option for us to refactor it or start anew, based on your preference.What if your existing Webflow site already utilizes frameworks like "Wizardry" or "Client-First"?No worries! We'll assess the build and extend it by incorporating new pages, features, or functions. However, if your projects employ specific development standards or frameworks such as Client-First or Wizardry, the turnaround time may be slower as we accommodate these requirements.

##### What is the process for monthly maintenance?

As long as you maintain an active subscription with Wcopilot, we'll handle your projects regardless of their size or request. You can view some examples here. Your new page output will depend on your plan, but you'll enjoy unlimited global edits across all your projects.For customers who have purchased a standard plan, we offer a reduced-scope Maintenance Plan for $690 per month.

##### What about backend or content management system (CMS)?

Certainly! We manage the setup and architecture of your CMS (content management system). Share your CMS requirements with us, and we'll implement them in the most straightforward and scalable manner possible.

##### Are Webflow e-commerce services included in your offerings?

Wcopilot does not engage in setting up e-commerce features on Webflow, such as adding products, variants, SKUs, etc. Our involvement in e-commerce development begins after the setup phase. We specialize in developing and integrating the e-commerce backend with the frontend designs and user experience provided by your team.

##### What animations or interactions does wCopilot provide?

wCopilot specializes in building UI/UX or layout-related movements, triggers, and animations. We primarily utilize native components on Webflow or Webflow's native IX2 engine for animations.
In cases where interaction requirements cannot be met using Webflow natively or are inefficient, we leverage JavaScript to overcome limitations and enhance capabilities.
You can delegate requirements for animations and interactions in three main ways:
Prototype: Showcase your interactions and animations using tools like Figma, XD, or any other prototype tool.
Emulation: Provide visual references from other websites or motion graphics.
Description: Explain your requirements in written form if they are basic.If you have animated creative assets like icons or illustrations, you'll need to provide working Lottie files.
