What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing? How easy it was to log on and view interviews. The process of writing and organizing the interview was easy to use. I loved Willo and will be using it again next year. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing? The pictures on the video would glitch, allowing me to view someone else while a different candidate was speaking. An easy glitch that can be fixed! That is my only recommendation. What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you? It saved me a ton of time with the interviewing process. I could then use that time to focus on the second interview process and the questions I would ask.

What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing? Willo's seamless integration with Greenhouse is great! Ease of use for both candidates and hiring managers was a very important factor when we were choosing a video questionnaire tool, and Willo makes it a lovely user experience for both. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing? The written questionnaire feature was a bit more challenging for hiring managers to find in Greenhouse. What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you? Video interviews have been very helpful for us as an organization and our previous applicant tracking system had an internal tool that allowed for both recording and reviewing in the product. Since Greenhouse is missing this functionality, we've chosen Willo as a replacement. Ease of use is very important to us and we've found Willo to be a great solution.

**"Really strong platform for the total end-to-end journey."**

What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing? I can offer candidates a personalised journey with video, audio and written response styles. Love that. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing? It would be great to see some additional functionality in the future around async & sync interviews; or perhaps an integration into an existing synchronous video platform. Transcriptions are also on the roadmap, which is going to help hiring managers a lot - and potential give us the chance to share interview feedback with candidates more effectively. What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly speed. It's great to offer candidates interview opportunities in their time, without them having to find a secret space in an office or take time off work. The clear benefit for us is that we can turn interviews around within a matter of minutes. It´s straightforward to use, and it saves me a ton of time to review the candidates I want to keep and move away from those who don't have what we are looking for. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing? Not a dislike but a WANT, perhaps in a future update; I would like to be able to move candidates from one campaign to the other if we detect the person that could qualify for a different role based on their experience, everything else is perfect, and we are happy on the investment. What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting time back to concentrate on other things that were getting behind; this has been a game changer for us, and I recommend the tool for any small, mid or large size company; you wot regret it.
