##### Privately

I have walked through the fire of a traumatic childhood, toxic relationships, depression, and even burnout so severe that I couldn’t get out of bed. On the outside, I had it all—a high-powered career, a beautiful home, Prada bag and loving children. But inside, I was crumbling.

What I’ve learned is this: **every challenge, no matter how painful, can become a turning point**. Healing isn’t just possible—it’s transformative. You can emerge stronger, more self-aware, and fully alive.

Through my own 15-year journey of healing, I’ve discovered tools, practices, and insights that allowed me to recover, rediscover my purpose, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Even though, to this day, I still don’t know how to use a drill.

I believe that every challenge, trauma, or crisis holds the potential to become a powerful catalyst for growth and transformation.
