- Google Search Console Data: To help you find backlink opportunities, we require access to your Google Search Console data. We store your authorization tokens securely using AES encryption.
- Usage Data & Analytics:
- Plausible: We use our self-hosted, cookieless Plausible instance for privacy-friendly website analytics.
- PostHog: We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to analyze product usage to improve our features and user experience.
- Support: For customer support we use email (support@linkdr.com) and Slack (invite-based access for customers). Messages you send us there are processed by our team and our email and Slack providers as described in their terms.
- Communications:
- Resend: We use Resend for transactional emails (e.g., invoices, alerts) and marketing communications. Resend stores your email and subscription status for product updates. You can opt-out at any time.
- Domain Database: Our service relies on a database of publicly available information about domains, including contact emails sourced from public web scraping (e.g., Google) and third-party APIs like Hunter.
2. Cookies
We only use essential functional cookies required for our application to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics tool, Plausible, is cookieless.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following sub-processors to provide our service:
- Google: For authentication and Search Console data access.
- PostHog: For product analytics (data hosted in the EU).
- Resend: For transactional and marketing emails.
- Trigger.dev: For internal automated workflows.
- Hunter API: For enriching our domain database.
4. Data Security
